JPSA Eyewitness Programme

Errant drivers don't just happen, they are bred. When one thinks that you are invincible, you are far more likely to behave badly than if you have been made aware of the fact that you are made of flesh and blood.

About Justice Project South Africa

Download Prospectus | Download Membership Application

The Justice Project South Africa was formed in June 2008 and is a non-profit organisation that was formed to root out power abuse in law enforcement through all legal means available.

The Justice Project South Africa has been quoted as being a 'Motorists Rights Group' and whilst we understand that we could easily be classified as this in light of some of the issues that we have decided to go public with, it needs to be clearly understood that the Mission and Objectives of the Organisation encompass a far wider range of activities and areas of interest.

Our main objective is to provide assistance to the victims of power and process abuse wherever this may present itself by bringing those responsible to book. We know that there are other organisations and entities that deal with these issues; but believe that we have a significant contribution to make as our objectives and activities differ significantly from that of the other entities. You can read more about this in our Prospectus.

The JPSA is a non profit Oganisation (in the process of registering with the Department of Social Development) and receives no funding whatsoever except for member contributions and small donations. It also levies no charges whatsoever to people it assists, except for very small donations made by those who can afford it.

Unfortunately, the assistance we are able to offer at the moment is limited due to lack of funding but that will not stop us from lending as much assistance as we can to those in need.

Using the limited resources available to us and backed by a growing membership base, we have engaged a number of authorities, including the RTMC, DPP, JMPD and other authorities.

We have also addressed complaints and requests for appointments to the Presidency and the Department of Justice, but so far, our requests have gone unanswered. We will persist until we are heard as we firmly believe that our quest and mission is vitally important to the future of our Country. Giving up is simply not in our nature. Failure is not an option.
